Old farmhouse made up of a main building a former hayloft attached to one of its sides, recently renovated and made into holiday homes. Situated on the side of a hill from which you can enjoy a particularly pretty view typical of the Sienese countryside. The farmhouse is part of a family-run commercial farm that produces excellent wine. Peaceful position. Ample view of the countryside. Spacious outdoor areas part of which are equipped are at the guests' disposal. The house is accessed by a dirt track road in good condition but not suitable for sports cars. Possibility of renting three accommodations together for 14 sleeping spaces with the name SCHIVANOIA 14. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 4 km from the historic city centre of San Quirico d'Orcia (all kinds of shops), 11 km Pienza, 24 km Montepulciano, 45 km Siena. Ideal position for visiting Tuscany and nearby Umbria.

(with access from an old external staircase and covered terrace): spacious kitchen/dining room (oven, dishwasher) with ancient fireplace, living room (TV), 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which has a washing machine). On the gr. fl.: there are some uninhabited rooms used for the farm. In the former hayloft (60 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access to the old paved and equipped courtyard (35 m2), 1 double bedroom (high window) with bathroom with shower (washing machine), 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. In the former hayloft (35 m2) 1st fl. (accessed by an external staircase): kitchen/dining room (TV, dishwasher) and access onto a small terrace with a table for breakfasts, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower (washing machine).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
