Music lovers will be interested to know that ‘Torre del Lago’ (where maestro Giacomo Puccini lived and wrote his operas) is only 15 min drive & you can enjoy Puccini’s operas beneath the stars at the open air theatre by the lake. Walking in the alps is also popular in this area of Italy and the food is some of the best that Italy has to offer-simple, fresh, rustic cuisine to satisfy the most discerning of pallets.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled at any time.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 EUROS PER HOUR.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
