INVENTORY DEPOSITS:A security deposit is required, to be held by us against unpaid local accounts or damages. You can pledge the security deposit by Credit Card authorization, which is cancelled as soon as we receive advice from Italy that no charges are due. Security deposit to be held for this property is €520.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 Euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
