Our beautifully decorated chalet is centrally located near Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and is minutes from the Parkway. It will comfortably accommodate a family of 10. But, it's also perfect for 4 couples traveling together, or as a romantic getaway for 2. There are No Steep Mountain Roads to climb, making it easy to discover all the activities that the area has to offer. If you love nature, you will love the paved nature trail along the Pigeon River. After a busy day, relax in the hot tub, or by the fireplace, while enjoying one of the many movies or games that are provided.

River Pointe is a quiet, resort style neighborhood along the Little Pigeon River, which includes a covered picnic pavilion with barbecue grills and picnic tables, convenient for family reunions. If you love nature, you will love the paved nature trail along the Little Pigeon River and the beautiful view of the mountains. Bring your fishing gear, tubes and kayaks.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
Cancellations: Any and all cancellations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation processing fee. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the tenancy, the entire rental deposit is forfeited; unless the unit is re-rented by the Owner.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $65.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
