Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
