1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). This room currently has a twin sized bed but a full sized bed can easily be added if required. A shared full size bathroom is down the hall. This room has direct access to an outdoor screened in patio with great views!

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very spacious master bedroom with attached bath, large walk-in closet, two night stands and matching full size dresser, ceiling fan with light over bed, direct access to Carolina room sitting area with great views!

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Two extra long twin beds can be easily converted into a King size bed. Two closets with plenty of shelving, nightstand, and larger round table with chair, direct access to Carolina sitting area with great views!

1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1), 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 1). This room is located on the lower level and ideal for children. A shared full size bathroom is down the hall. This room has direct access to an outdoor screened in patio with great views!

• Nearby Attractions: The US Women's Open, June 2007, will be held at Pine Needles which is located just a few miles from Knollwood Village. This would be an ideal place to stay during that event.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
