Airport
The airport is just across the highway from the Resort.
Transit
The bus is about a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Shopping and Dining
The Resort is located right next door to the Golf clubhouse that features a beautiful restaurant overlooking the golf course. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a gift shop and pro shop located in the club house.
Attractions
There are hiking and biking trails all around you. Also located next door is a day spa where you can have your body pampered or a massage after a game of golf.
Golf Courses
The Resort is located at the Quail and Bear golf courses. The 2 courses are right outside your door and are both championship 18 hole courses. There are also 4 more courses located very close to the Resort.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The resort is within a 45 minute drive to 3 major ski hills. Big White and Silver Star.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 25 minute drive/taxi from the property. Located on the beach downtown. There is on site boat moorage available for an additional $30 per day charge.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
