Characteristic and small rustic house (60 m2) adjoining an ancient 18th C. villa, totally separate. Views over the wood and the countryside. Peaceful position. Swimming pool (4x11) (1/6-30/8) shared with GIUSTO 2 and the owners of the villa. On request, the owner will organize ancient embroidery lessons (Pistoia is the home of embroidery). Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km food shops, abt. 7 km Pistoia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: small lounge leading onto an equipped terrace (12 m2) and lawn (abt. 300 m2) with barbecue, kitchen/dining room with fireplace (washing-machine). 1st. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 small bathroom with shower (access from both bedrooms). Simple style furniture. Telephone at the villa. Two bicycles are available for hire (Euro 10/day/bicycle). Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 1 km food shops, abt. 7 km Pistoia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
