Three apartments in a pleasant renovated farmhouse situated in the hills (220 m a.s.l.). The house is surrounded by a property with woods, olive trees and natural meadows. Shared: large panoramic equipped terrace (table-tennis, barbecue) and swimming pool (9x4.5) (15/5-15/10). Each apartment has a private equipped area. A few bikes are available. Refreshments and snacks offered to the guests upon arrival. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (50 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom open to the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, outdoor box with washing machine.
LOCATION: 2 km Borgo a Buggiano (food shops), 5 km tennis and Montecaticani Terme (all kinds of shops), 10 km golf course, 30 km Lucca, 42 km Pisa, 50 km Florence and Versilia (beaches).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
