Ancient country house (150 m2) recently restored, located few kilometres from the charming and famous village of Pitigliano This is the realm of the ancient and mysterious Etruscans. Panoramic view of the countryside. Peaceful position. In front of the house is a lawn adjacent to a large equipped terrace and on one side, a swimming pool (10x5; 1-1.4 m deep) (7/5-30/9) that is fenced-in for children, swing and barbecue. Covered parking. DISTANCES: 6 km Pitigliano (various shops), ancient Etruscan and Roman settlement built on a tuff hill, at the base of which there are many caves and some of these date to primitive times. 1 km from spa facilities, only 14 km from Sovana, 28 km the mythical spas at Saturnia, 35 km Lake Bolsena, 45 km the sea (Argentario).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining-room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to a terrace, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath, (both of the bedrooms lead out onto a terrace). Comfortable furniture. Bicycles for hire and it is possible to purchase local products. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
