Charming lookout tower that has been transformed into a holiday house, situated in the open countryside in a very panoramic and peaceful position. The tower is spread out over 3 levels above the ground and one basement floor (ancient cellar in the tuff locked). The guests can not only make use of the large private property that surrounds the house, but they can also enjoy the equipped terrace and large lawn with barbecue. Access to the property along 800 m of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 8 km Pitigliano (all kinds of shops), 8 km Sorano (horse riding and tennis), 15 km Sovana (Etruscan ruins), 20 km Terme di Saturnia (spa centers), 30 km the lake of Bolsena (bathing), 50 km Argentario (beaches and rocky cliffs), 55 km Orvieto.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV, hi-fi system), kitchen corner (dishwasher, microwave). 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 1 charming and very panoramic double bedroom with bathroom with bath (no bidet). Can be used, according to your preference, double divan bed in the living room or the one in the twin bedded room.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
