Apartment (70 m2) in the oldest part of the town of Pitigliano (all kinds of shops), characterised by dwellings built in tufo and by the numerous remains of the civilisations that characterised this town through the centuries. The area is noted for its numerous archaeological sites and for its ancient towns among which are Sorano and Sovana. Public parking at 300 m. DISTANCES: 8 km Sorano (horse riding and tennis), 10 km Sovana, 20 km Terme di Saturnia (swimming pool), 35 km the lake of Bolsena (water sports), 35 km Orvieto, 55 km the beaches of the Argentario.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: kitchen/dining room (oven) with fireplace. 2nd fl.: living room with fireplace, divan bed and access to the outside by means of a stone staircase, 2 double bedrooms of which one with WC (washbasin), 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). Comfortable rustic-style furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
