We are located just 2.5 blocks from the beach and 1.5 block from the fashionable and lively 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. Our Penthouse Condominium, offers a haven that will make this your best vacation ever. The Unit offers 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and a balcony overlooking the courtyard swimming pool/waterfall and a 2nd bedroom featuring 2 twin beds. There are 3 luxurious baths complete with marble and Tikal stone. A PRIVATE rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the town. It is a completely furnished "outdoor living space" even with a shower and toilet.
We are always very involved with our guests in helping them plan their stay to ensure you have a wonderful time while in Playa del Carmen. So, you can call us or email us any time with any questions regarding the condo, Playa del Carmen, or the area. We will be more than happy to assist you in planning your best vacation ever.
While you are in Playa, we have a local host (fluent in English and Spanish) to make sure everything goes smoothly on a day-by-day basis. Their office is right down the street from the condo. They will meet you when you arrive and acquaint you with the condo. They are also available throughout your stay should anything go wrong, help you set up tours or answer any questions that might arise during your stay.

10% discount for all advanced bookings (at least 2 months before stay date). This would not apply to stays between December 15 - January 7.
