The balcony offers a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, the mountains, the resort complex and the magnificent 17 acre swimming pool.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
