We are located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase 1 just minutes walking distance from Playa Del Carmen and the ever popular 5Th Avenue. The beautiful waters of the Caribbean are just steps away from the house and probably one of the best beaches in Playa is just out side our door!
