The Kitchen is one of the best rooms in the house as it is open concept, airy and great to cook in. The bonus for this property is that a cook is included for 8 hours per day from 7 am to 3 pm...and additional hours are possible for an extra fee. As it is open concept we have joined the first living area with the kitchen so that comfortable 'kitchen parties' are possible.

The villa has a view of our personal cenote which is full of fish and turtles, on the second floor there is a small of the Caribbean from the upstairs terrace.

Your privacy is honored and the staff are very conscious of peoples need to relax and enjoy their stay. This rental is unique in the fact that you have 24 hour support while on the property and 24 hour concierge services while on vacation.
• Cancun International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Airport pick up fees are available for an extra but reasonable fee.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Mexican Caribbean is 25 meters from the front door of the villa. There is an on site dive center and snorkel rental is an option.
• Nearby Attractions: Mayan Ruins are from 45 minutes to 3 hours from Playa Del Carmen, Water parks are 15 minutes to 45 minutes from the villa and there are a bevy of other attractions that our concierge services can book for you.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
