This Condo Suite has a fully equipped kitchenette with black granite counter tops and a flat ceramic cook top. Clean by Canadian Standards.....pristine! Throw together a fresh mango margarita in the blender and wander out to the pool for some of that wonderful Caribbean sunshine, relax and rejuvenate.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Our features include a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a sitting area, including a sofa bed large enough for 2 small children. This suite also includes satellite, on a new flat screen TV and a Wireless Internet connection.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

More Information

Inside the tropical garden you will find a black granite master Jacuzzi that can comfortably seat 10. Take the elevator to the second level to have a swim in our 20 meter lap pool, or simply relax and soak in the wonderful Caribbean sunshine on one of our loungers.

• Cancun International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Playa del Carmen is situated 45 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport, and a quick 20 minute ferry ride from the Cozumel International Airport Airport transfer arrangements are available upon request.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Cabs are readily available and very inexpensive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Penthouses of the Royal Oasis is located one block off the famous fifth avenue in Playa del Carmen surrounded by a myriad of cafes, restaurants and colorful Mexican handicraft shops. Playa del Carmen still has its small town charm and safety even though it has become one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico. What was once a small Mayan fishing Village is now an International destination.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. We are located one block away from Mamitas Beach, known as one of the most beautiful sugar white beaches in the Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 300.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00USD per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
