• Cancun Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Transportation can be arranged and the moment of arrival and departure by us. ADO is a bus service that departures form Cancun airport and it is only $90 pesos each way and it is every hour. Taxis can be taken at any time at the airport.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. ADO is the bus service that operates in the Riviera Maya. The trips they provided are all over the Riviera.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Wire information will be provided as well as address to mail check

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of one night will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
