WalMart and Mega are only 2 blocks away and the “local” shopping is just down the street. Walk a few more blocks and you will be enjoying the beach or a stroll on the lively and interesting 5th Ave. The building is easily accessible with an elevator, a secure gated entrance, and secure underground parking is available.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
100% Refund minus $50 Handling Fee if Cancelled 60 Days before Arrival. 50% Refund if Cancelled 30 days before Arrival. No Refund if cancelled within 30 Days of Arrival. Refunds will not be made in the event of an early departure.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
