This is a ground level access unit, we are facing the Playacar golf course(#10 tee box)we have a very large swimming pool with great usability for young children.
We are directly across the street from the Reef Club Resort, which you will have complete access to with our VIP card, (FREE OF CHARGE) If you wish to eat and drink at this resort you must purchase a wristband from the front desk all inclusive $40 per person, we are a 10 min casual walk to downtown Playa del Carmen. Playacar is a gated community, we have 2 bikes at the condo for your use. so come and enjoy.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master has an ensuite, with walk in shower, very easy for the eldely to get in and out., this room has a small safe for your valuables, this room has a separate air conditioning unit.

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This room will sleep a family of 4, lots of closet space, a small tv and games console for the kids, as well as separate air conditioning unit.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 1). The living room sleeps 3 more persons

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

We are facing from our deck patio, the 10th tee box of the Playacar golf course, with jungle trees surrounding our unit to the swimming pool being 40ft from our dining room doors, it is beautiful.

• Cancun Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. We are a 45 minute bus ride to the Cancun Airport, or rent a car and no waiting around.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. In the heart of Playa del Carmen at the south end of 5th ave, is the bus station, a ticket is $8 to the airport per person
• Golf: The unit is located on Playacar Golf and Country Club.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are a very casual walk to the famous 5th ave shopping district of Playa del Carmen, with restaurants and boutiques to satisfy anyone.
• Ocean is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Being directly across the street from the Reef Club Resort, you will have access to this resort with your VIP pass, lots for the kids to do, and 2 pools, 1 has a swim up bar, 3 alacart restaurants, gym, snack shacks and more. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
