More Information

There is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom to help cool down those warm Mexican nights. For those who want to cool off there is an overflow pool shared between two next door condo associations. Though the pool is not large enough for swimming, it can be nice for cooling off if you don't want to go to the beach. And of course there is the beautiful cenote right outside your door, which is very relaxing and refreshing to go for a swim in!

• Playa Del Carmen is approximately 45 minutes by bus from the Cancun International Airport. This condo is approximately a 5 minute walk (5 blocks) from the bus station.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Playa Car is nearby for an afternoon of golf.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The best shopping and dining in Playa Del Carmen is right on 5th Avenue, directly outside the gate.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unbelievably blue water of the Mexican Riviera is just one block from your door!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
