50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies.
A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used in order to cover for cost of related item(s) following departure. Owners are not responsible for any guest belongings left on the premises, nor will be held liable for any accident or injury occurring on the premises.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
