    This luxurious villa is located in the private gated community of Playacar in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Playacar is divided into 2 sections. Phase I is beachfront properties and resorts. Phase II is the golf community where luxury villas are located on lush greens with views of tropical greenery. This is located in Phase II very close to beaches as well as other amenities: golf, fine dining and shopping. As a guest of our villa, you will receive resident cards allowing you and your family to enjoy the amenities of The Reef Club, an upscale resort in the heart of Playacar. There will be no charge for daily use of beach, pool, towels, chairs and umbrellas.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies. A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used in order to cover for cost of related item(s) following departure. Owners are not responsible for any guest belongings left on the premises, nor will be held liable for any accident or injury occurring on the premises.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
