    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
