This brand new (2007) ocean view penthouse is located in the new Meridian Building one block from Coco Beach and the Shangra-La Resort in Playa del Carmen. Our home is approximately 1,200 square feet of livable space, 300 square feet of balcony and 850 square feet of private roof-top solarium. It has 2 bedrooms each with its own private full bath. The solarium comes complete with hot-tub, 1/2 bath and arbol for shade. The interior furnishings are top-notch with granite counter tops. Most furnishings are teak from Indonesia. Plenty of beach towels are included.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
