Welcome to Paradise. You will find the one level villa to be a home away from home but with flowers, very soft grass to walk over to the pool and palm trees galore. The private patio allows you to watch your children in the pool while you relax. A large shared palapa with a grill. Hear the pounding waves but not too loud to hear the birds, including parrots, carrying on their regular day. This place is for nature lovers, not party animals. You can party in Cancun or Playa del Carmen, but then you can come back to the tranquil jungle on the beach life.

The beach is dreamy. our pool is big and cleaned every day inside or outside dining comfy and cozy pillow top mattress futon in the den and in the bedroom, Cable, HBO. DVDs, .. private patio. all one level 
sleep with the sounds of the sea  comfort and style small complex of 10 vacation homes, gated community one life...or, if not, make it the best one. sea turtles actually nest here late at night. from May - Oct Drink coffee on your own private patio,

    The view is of the garden with palm trees,floweres and Chinese grass. You see iguanas and birds of many kinds. Also, the pool and palapa can be seen from the patio. You can hear the waves of the sea but it is a private paradise in the jungle.

    The owners live next door and are there for your needs. One thing that is very important to know is that this is a gated, very quiet area. More for families than for partiers. To go to a restaurant or anywhere, you will need to take a taxi or rent a car. The area is very safe and having the owners next door helps with anything you need. The drive to the Hotel zone, Coco Bongo, spring break atmosphere is about 25 minutes away. Now, more people go to Playa del Carmen for fun. It is closer than Cancun. The location is perfect for seeing Tulum, going snorkeling. Huge sea shells can be found on our beach. The beach is a lovely 1/2 minute away and we have private access.

    • Transit: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 5 very good restaurants and shopping in Puerto Morelos, 15 minutes away. This quaint little town is known for keeping local, small places alive. The coral reef is protected so no large hotels are in town. If you have never been here and you like adventure, come see. There is a town square, Zokolo, where swings, see saws, and a basketball court keep locals and travelers entertained. Vegetarian and Vegan meals are easy to find as well as anything else you like.
    • Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance.
    • Nearby Attractions: Snorkeling trips * Tulum 1 hour * all kinds of ruins from 1 hour to 5 hours * Cenotes 7 of them 20 minutes * shopping for hand made authentic crafts 15 minutes.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash
    The remaining 50% is due on arrival in cash.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of just ask will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
