    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 15.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
