Owners are Canadians and would be happy to provide information about travelling in Costa Rica.
• San Jose Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive. We recommend you let us arrange a transfer from San Jose airport to our house and then you may rent a car at one of the many major car rental agencies in Jaco beach.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. If you do not wish to rent a car there is bus service. Golf carts are available for rent but may not be driven on the highway.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Major grocery store fine and casual dining opportunities.

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
