Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 25.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
