Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
