Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Western Union
High and Low season reservations: a reservation deposit of 50% at the time of booking the reservation and payment of the balance at check-in. In the case of late arrivals payment of balance must be made one week prior to arrival. Reservation deposit Refunds: 80% if cancelled more than sixty one (61) days prior to arrival. 60% if cancelled between sixty (60) and thirty one (31) days prior to arrival. 0% if cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival. Christmas/New Year/monthly reservations: 50% at booking (non-refundable) and payment of the balance sixty one (61) days prior to check-in.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of US$6/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
