This spectacular oceanfront home has an open floor plan and it is fully tiled. Double doors open wide to allow the fresh ocean breeze to cool the high-ceiling house. AC units and ceiling fans are found throughout nonetheless. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 10. Its beautiful pool and landscaped gardens with coconut palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean. Cook on an open-air barbecue but if you want to venture out, the town is only two minutes away. There is nothing but palm trees between you and the Pacific Ocean.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash
In the case of late arrivals payment of balance must be made one week prior to arrival. If you have doubts as to your arrival time please opt to pay in advance. Reservation deposit refunds: 80% if cancelled more than sixty one (61) days prior to arrival. 60% if cancelled between sixty (60) and thirty one (31) days prior to arrival. 0% if cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival*. Christmas and New Year and monthly reservations: 50% at the time of booking the reservation and payment of the balance sixty one (61) days prior to check-in. Advance payments do not qualify for refunds*.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $6 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
