Upscale small beachfront house community on the quiet north side of Jaco beach. Only a 3 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic. It is gated and has 24 hour security. 9 houses from the beautiful beachfront pool and jacuzzi with waterfalls (about 90 yards). It is lavishly decorated with tropical and original Costa Rican designs and features an outdoor dining table. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and have balconies.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club
For balance payment, we only accept cash.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $6 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
