Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 70 percent of the rent is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 800 USD
