It's location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family, a fun packed water sports adventure, an exiting African safari experience or a combination of all three! The beach house sits on a forested sand dune with a number of other houses within a gated community. Kick back on the deck with a sundowner while watching the dolphins in the surf or catch a whale breaching.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
