Acclimatized villa,only 12 km south of Siena, with air conditioning, large garden, accommodates up to 5 people. This is a independent cottage with private parking and private garden, sharing the pool with the villa. The cottage has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large shower, and beautiful window on the garden, a livingroom, where we can place a folding bed,with a loft with a queen size bed, and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen,a second bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, a panoramic pool where to relax and enjoy the sunflowers fields! This is an independent villa with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the Arbia valley. The swimming pool is shared with other units. A laundry service is available in-house for 15€ each wash, (ironing not included), there are also two laundry facilities in the village. This is the oldest San Fabiano farm, dating back to the late seventeen hundreds. It was beautifully restored with taste and all comforts. Outside, under a wooden roof, you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shadow. Around the house there is a fenced garden with a panoramic swimming pool with an Arbia valley view and a Siena skyline. A gardener and a housekeeper are at your service every day of your stay.
