The hamlet is situated in the natural reserve of S. Agnese, in a dominating position and enjoys a pretty panorama. Peaceful position. Of exclusive use of the guests: tiled and equipped outdoor area (20 m2) and garden (80 m2). Shared with the other 20 apartments: tennis court, swimming pool (7x14) (23/5-26/9). Access to the house along 2 km of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 8 km Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops), 20 km San Gimignano, 35 km Siena, 45 km Florence.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
