Its position is exceptional and your gaze extends for kilometres over the greenery with enchanting and ancient towers, farm estates and parish churches. Grassy lawn outdoor area and equipped swimming-pool (6x12). Each apartment has a privated and equipped outdoor area. Shared laundry room (washing machine upon payment). Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Access along 1.8 km of dirt track road, partially steep. Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 26/week/each).Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
