In a beautiful villa situated on the slopes of one of the most enchanting valleys in the Chianti region, the owners of this property have created, near to their own apartment but with totally separate entrances, two comfortable apartments in the central nucleus and a third one that has been obtained from the restoration of a small annexe 10 m from the villa. Beautiful views over the countryside. On the estate, on the slope that overlooks the valley and village of Barberino is a beautiful swimming-pool (6x12) shared with the owner too. Barbecue. Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area and satellite TV. Laundry room in the owner s house (2.50 Euro/load). Air conditioning in each apartment. Parking. Comfortable furniture. DISTANCES: 1 km from the typical and extremely panoramic Medieval village of Barberino Val d Elsa (all kinds of shops), 8 km Poggibonsi (important commerical town in the Chianti), 45 km Siena and Florence (reached by a convenient dual carriageway 4 km away), 22 km San Gimignano. This is the most enchanting part of the Chianti region with typical villages and famous farm estates that produce the excellent and famous Chianti wines.
ACCOMMODATION: In the villa (160 m2). Gr fl.: bright living room with divan bed and large glass panes that offer beautiful views and access to an equipped private terrace (4x8) and onto the lawn. From the living room, by going up a step you gain access to a large kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer), 1 twin bedded room, 1 very large bathroom with shower and which is characterised by a particularly spacious shower cabin. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with an additional 3rd bed. The apartment is equipped with ramps on the stairs on the gr. fl. to create easier access to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
