Farmhouse complex made up of a large stone-built house and 2 haylofts. Three apartments have been created on the ground floor and first floor of the main house; a fourth apartment has been created in an annexe. The owners live in an adjacent hayloft. The house is located in a beautiful position in the heart of the Chianti Classico. The guests have private equipped outdoor areas opposite the apartments available to them as well as a swimming pool (5x11.5) which is also used by the owners. All of the apartments have satellite TV. Simple but comfortable furniture. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 4 km Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car (food shops and supermarket), 12 km Poggibonsi (all kinds of shops), 25 km San Gimignano, 35 km Florence and 40 km Siena.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
