Pleasant farmhouse that has been transformed into a cosy holiday situated in a peaceful position amidst the hills. Beautiful views of the medieval hamlets of Salisano and Castelnuovo di Farfa. The house is surrounded by a property of 8,000 m2 that is entirely fenced in and with olive and fruit trees. In front of the house is a large panoramic loggia with gazebo ideal for dining outdoors; on one side of the villa is the swimming pool (5x10, depth 1,5 m) equipped with gazebo. The area is famous for its DOP extra virgin olive oil which you can purchase in the shops or directly from the producers. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km Salisano (grocery shops), 3 km Abbazia di Farfa, 8 km Poggio Mirteto Scalo (train for Rome centre, can be reached in about 40 min.), 25 km Rieti and Vallesanta, 60 km Rome.
ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) Gr. fl.: living (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
