Delightful villa built in the 1970s situated in a strategic position on a hill that rises above the broad valley of the Tevere river north of Rome. Very peaceful position. From the villa's garden you can enjoy a superb view of the valley and a large bend of the river. The villa is surrounded by a large and very well kept and equipped lawn where you will find a pretty swimming pool (4x8). Parking. DISTANCES: 1.2 km the town of Torrita in Tiberina (mini-market, grocery shops), 4 km Nizzano (all kinds of shops), 5 km Poggio Mirteto (railway station for easily reaching Rome), 45 km Rome.
ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. Fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access onto covered terrace and equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with bath, 1 small double bedroom with small double bed (140 cm wide) with bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with bath. Basement floor (with access from inside): laundry room and a second fridge with freezer. Reasonably comfortable and complete furnishings. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
