Offers excellent peace and quiet. The villa is surrounded by 10 ha of olive tree groves where the swimming pool (6x9) is located in a panoramic position. The villa is situated in an area where excellent olive oil is produced with the possibility of purchasing it from local producers. Parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Poggio Catino (grocery shops). 4 km Poggio Mirteto (all kinds of shops), 13 km Abbazia di Farfa, 40 km Rome (can be reached by a convenient train from the Poggio Mirteto Scalo station 4 km away.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access onto a panoramic terrace (40 m2) equipped for outdoor dining, large kitchen (TV) with double cooking area (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with bath, 1 single bedroom with a 2nd pullout bed, 1 bathroom with shower, overhead gallery (min. 60cm-240 cm high) with the possibility of 2 beds (to be agreed upon when booking and to pay for on site). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
