This charming 2 bedroom (1 bedroom and 1 office) home is located 30 minutes north-west of Montreal (45 minutes from downtown Montreal and the Old Port) and offers lots of fun family activities. 5 minutes from the famous Oka National Park and its beach, 2 minutes from Pointe-Calumet water slides (Super Aqua Club), and 3 houses from the lake of Two-Mountains. Park and tennis courts nearby. Next to a gorgeous bicycle path that goes through a forest for miles and miles. Mountain biking and hiking in the Oka Park. Free Wi-fi, phone, fully equiped kitchen, microwave, 1 bathroom with washer and dryer,1 office or small room for an additional cot. One sofa-bed (sleeps 2) in the living room. There is a piano in excellent condition in the living room and a CD/MP3 player. There is also a trunk full of kids toys (age 2 to 9), kids love it! In the master bedroom, located on the second floor, you will find an electric fireplace and 1 double bed. No t.v., but believe me, you will not have time for it anyway! Ideal for a couple or a couple with one or two children. Grocery store is 5 minutes away and movie theatres & shopping malls are 10 minutes away. There is a sailing school just few houses down the street where you can rent kayaks, catamarans, by the hour or for the entire day. You can also request to have an instructor/guide with you, if you do not have your cards to sail. Although there is lots of activities to do in the area, a car is highly recommended as it is located in the countryside.
