• Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 7 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Po'ipu Shopping Village, with a variety of shops and restaurants, is just minutes away. The cottage is also close to several resorts: take a leisurely walk (10-20 minutes) to the Grand Hyatt, Kiahuna Plantation, Marriott Waiohai, and Sheraton. The renown Beach House Restaurant is also in the neighborhood -- about 10-15 minutes (and that's walking!).
• Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach surface is coarse sand. There are several kiosks (within walking distance) where you can rent snorkel and diving gear at very reasonable rates. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
The $300 security deposit is in addition to our rent plus tax amount since this deposit is returned to you, minus the $150 outcleaning fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
