Sleep, and awaken, to the sound of the surf. Relax "at home" oceanfront in our comfortable, fourth (TOP) floor condo. Watch surfers, sea turtles, sunsets (during winter), and whales (in season) from your lanai OR from inside the condo. Fully equipped kitchen; plush designer towels; hair dryer.

You'll enjoy tropical breezes and hear the ocean EVERYWHERE, throughout the condo (yes, in the bedroom, too). Lanai furniture includes comfortable chaise lounges, plus a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

You can't see into our living/dining rooms unless you're in the middle of the ocean!

Spectacular oceanfront view. The glass-walled living room and lanai of this condo look straight out at the ocean. As you relax in the living room or on the lanai, watch dolphins, sea turtles, and whales (in season) swim by. While in the kitchen and dining room, you can even see fish swimming -- just as if you're on a boat!

And some of the best food on-island is served right next door at the Beach House Restaurant - THE place for fine dining, and a magnificent Poipu sunset. Entertainment is within minutes of our centrally located condo. Two golf courses are less than five minutes away (via car) - Kiahuna Golf Club, and the championship Poipu Bay Resort course at the Grand Hyatt - site of the 1994 and 1996 Million Dollar Grand Slam of Golf, and the 1998 through 2006 PGA Grand Slam.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There are small beaches on the east & west sides of our building, and several other small beaches --such as Baby Beach-- are within walking distance. Famous Poipu Beach Park is about a five-minute drive, as are beaches fronting the Sheraton, Marriott, Kiahuna Plantation, and Grand Hyatt resorts. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Spouting Horn -- a few minutes away (walk or drive) at the end of Lawai Road. Botanical Gardens -- en route to Spouting Horn.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
The $250 security deposit is in addition to our rent plus tax amount since this deposit is returned to you, minus the $125 outcleaning fee.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Hourly, to be negotiated with housekeeper..
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
