Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). At 700 sq ft, the larger master bedroom suite has more space than most one bedroom condominiums and is tastefully decorated with king bedroom furniture - Cindy Crawford Savannah collection. This master suite also features a large 42" flat screen HDTV, DVD player, a large sectional leather sofa, its own separate lanai with two-person hammock and private patio dinning set for four, his and hers vanities, walk in cabinets, separate Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in shower. Even in a large group, the occupants will have their own total privacy and peace.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The second master bedroom suite is decorated with luxurious PISA furniture from Italy. It also has a large flat screen HD-TV and DVD, his and hers vanities and a large walk in closet.
Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The king bedroom is located on the first floor. Guests can access to this room without walking through the home. This room also has its own patio and guests can walk directly to the swimming pool and spa.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room has two twin beds. The bed can be converted to a King bed per request. This first twin bedroom located on the second (entrance floor).

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This second twin bedroom also has two twin beds and can be converted to a king bed per request. This twin bedroom is located on the first floor. Guests can share their first floor bathroom with the king bedroom.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The second living room has a Lazy-boy sofa and a large chair. The sofas can convert to a queen bed and a twin bed. This room is looking directly at the beautiful back garden, swimming pool and spa.

This luxury home is nestled in the heart of an established Golf Course with a short biking distance to the best beaches in the USA, Poipu Beach, Brennecke's Beach, and Shipwreck Beach. There is private swimming pool and spa in the back garden for you to relax in, listen to music and in the evening, enjoy the starry Hawaiian nights. The home has mountain and beautiful garden views (with lots of Plumeria, Hibiscus, Bird of Paradise and other mature trees).

The home has all new furniture and appliances as of June 2008. A brand new swimming pool and 1200 square feet of lanai surrounding the pool and the hot tub was added December 2008. This spacious Hawaiian home nestled in the heart of this established Kiahuna Golf Course is within a short distance to the best beaches in the USA, Poipu Beach, Brennecke's Beach, Hyatt hotel, Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Bay golf (PGA Grand slam course). Kiahuna Golf course ( designed by Trent Jones Jr.) was voted as the best Kauai golf course in 2007 and is known for having the fastest greens on Kauai.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
