Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
