Sandy beach offers much privacy, peaceful experience, and excellent Sunset Views. Shower off in the Hot and Cold outdoor shower provided for you at Poipu Villa. You can rinse off your beach toys and store them safely in the large Laundry room, or you can use ours, either way, a great time will be had by all.

    You will have a beautiful ocean view from the upstairs of this home, with some great sunset colored skies. Beautiful tropical vegitation abounds in the lush backyard, complete with coconut trees, papayas, orchids and plumerias. There are also some great mountain views from the other side of the house.

    Gorgeous ocean view home with large wrap around lanai. Outdoor seating and grilling in a large backyard - great for croquet and other lawn sports. Walking distance to Poipu's famous "Baby Beach", the "Beach House Resturant", and "Spouting Horn".     • The Lihue Airport is located about 20 miles from Poipu.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can walk to the Kiahuna Golf Course from this house, however they do provide shuttles which are much easier. The world famous Poipu Bay Golf Course, home of the Grand Slam of Golf, is just 2 miles from this home.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Beachhouse Resturant, Roys, Plantation Garden are located within a 10 minute walk. The Poipu Shopping Village is also located nearby.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. You will be able to see the ocean in front of "Baby Beach" from the house, but please do not walk through the neighbors yard to get there. It is a short stroll around the 1/2 block to access this very private and safe beach. Sand chairs, beach mats, float toys, boogie boards, swim fins all provided for your beach adventure.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
