    This house was designed for privacy, the views are of all the rare and collectable tropical plants: Plumeria, Red Ginger, Heliconias, 7 varieties of Palms, Pele's Hair, Birds of Paradise, and yes, please feel free to pick some. You will find yourself in a very private, tropical paradise while in the house, but are located in the heart of Poipu where other less private views abound.

    This house is a tropical paradise with a natural rock waterfall falling into the cool and inviting pool. Beautifully landscaped for privacy, yet located in the middle of a golf course community. Wonderful furnishings and ceiling fans in every room invite the cool tradewinds to caress you as you luxuriate in this executive home.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
