New, high-end appliances and plenty of china Peach room with the Double Bed and Hawaiian Art. Bathroom with extra large walk in shower with seat. Golden room with King bed, large window and slider. Stone tiles stay cool  This is Baby Beach Right near us at the Poipu Villa

    From the upstairs wrap around deck you will see the ocean at nearby Baby Beach. You will be able to enjoy sunsets while lounging on the large teak deck. The downstairs has a beautiful Garden View of the Private yard. Plumeria, Coconuts, orchids, Birds of paradise, and Papaya as well as many other tropical treats are all available for your enjoyment in this large, luxurious yard.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Located a stones throw from one of the best beaches in all of Poipu. You can hear the waves from your home. Owner have a selection of Beach Toys: Beach Mats, floats, boogie boards, as well as sand pails and shovels, a badminton set to use in the yard, and an outdoor hot and cold shower with privacy door to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
