• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Located a stones throw from one of the best beaches in all of Poipu. You can hear the waves from your home. Owner have a selection of Beach Toys: Beach Mats, floats, boogie boards, as well as sand pails and shovels, a badminton set to use in the yard, and an outdoor hot and cold shower with privacy door to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
